These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of algoconnector.com, operated by Trade Connector (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Trade Connector is a software tool that turns a plain-English description of a trading strategy into a MetaTrader 5 (MQL5) Expert Advisor, and gives you a web dashboard to monitor and control that Expert Advisor once you attach it to your own MT5 terminal.
We are not a broker, exchange, fund manager, or SEBI-registered investment adviser. We never hold, custody, or have trading authority over your funds or your brokerage account. You trade through your own broker, on your own MT5 account, under your own broker’s terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Platform. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Expert Advisors generated for you are provided for use on the MT5 account they are locked to. You may not redistribute, resell, or remove the account lock from a Live build without our written consent. Backtest builds are provided for testing in the MT5 Strategy Tester only.
Nothing on the Platform — including prebuilt strategy names, AI Signals, or example results — is investment advice or a promise of profit. Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of your entire deposited capital. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Always test on a demo account first and only trade with money you can afford to lose.
AI Signals are algorithmically generated suggestions anchored to live market data at the time of generation, for informational purposes only. They are not personalized advice and market conditions can change instantly after a signal is posted. You are solely responsible for any trade you place.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a security risk, and may disable an account’s algo access at our discretion where necessary to protect the Platform or other users.
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, broker-side outages, MT5 connectivity issues, or indirect/consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
